Type: Short animation film
My first animated film
We made it!
Proud to present our latest achievement: a groundbreaking short animation that might just be the longest AI-generated film ever made!
What started as a rejected script turned into a full-fledged film, complete with a custom soundtrack. Half a year, four creators spanning five time zones, juggling 9-5s, and countless late nights—it all led to this moment.

The Process
5 script drafts, 60 single frames generated, 13 frames manually animated, 47 frames AI-animated, 7 composition drafts, and 6 months of work. All for just 3 minutes of animation—but this is the most ambitious personal project I’ve ever embarked on. It all started with curiosity and a rejected draft for a Netto Christmas film.
Probably the hardest part is character building, and keeping it consistent with Ai.
My Process:
Creating an animation film with AI is far from a simple, one-click process. It required following traditional filmmaking steps, such as storyboarding and frame-by-frame animation. While tools like MidJourney helped expedite scene creation, achieving the perfect characters and expressions often demanded meticulous editing, sometimes combining 3–4 frames into one. Additionally, some animations were generated using Runway 3, but a significant portion involved animation work in After Effects. This experience taught me a great deal about blending traditional and AI-driven techniques, and it has fueled my motivation to embark on a second film project.
